Congress leaders Naresh Sharma and Pankaj Sharma, National Conference leaders Dhian Chand and Subash Chander leaders addressing the people said that people want development but union government pushes the nation on back foot. They said government must enhance their quota for CAPD ration but it has been reduced which is insufficient for a week than whole month. Naresh Sharma said union government does not work for people as how can a person spend whole month on insufficient ration supply which is already erratic. He demanded sufficient ration supply as per old scale of per head or warned government to ready for series of agitation at large scale. The protesters locked depot and threatened to continue the protest. While taking action against information about protest, Kewal Krishan AD Food rushed on spot and accepted insufficiency of ration supply. |
