Srinagar, Mar 23: J&K Bank today opened a fully computerized Business Unit (BU) at Nehama in Pulwama, taking the total count of business units in Kashmir south (I) to 56 and total to 840.
Zonal Head Mohammad Maqbool Lone inaugurated the BU in presence of valuable customers and senior citizens besides other officers of the bank.
Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head said, "J&K Bank is committed to serve the people of the state at their closest possible locations to ensure that they avail all the world class banking services and facilities."
Head BU Nehama also spoke on the occasion.
Meanwhile, the bank opened two Business Units (B.U) in Jammu last week at Palma in Rajouri and Sangla Chowk in Poonch.
Zonal Head Jammu (West) Peer Masood Ahmed Chisti inaugurated the new business unit at Palma Rajouri, while as the Cluster Head Poonch Ghulam Jeelani inaugurated the unit at Sangla Chowk, Poonch.
With these two, the number of business units in Rajouri and Poonch has gone to 30 and 21 respectively. |
