AIBCU hails CM 4/13/2016 12:52:59 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 12: AIBCU has praised the step taken by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for Posting Sarita Chouhan as the Commissioner / Secretary to Social Welfare Department as a step for easing the working process and speedy addressal of the problems being faced by the State OBCs. AIBCU have projected all the problems concerning to the State OBCs (called OSCs in the State) viz. Enhancement of creamy layer from 4.5 lac to 6lac which the Centre Govt. has already enhance since May 18 of 2013 about three years back, Renewal of the OSC Certificate on the bases of Income Certificate, and one & only one certificate on the name of OBC. Besides, there are some other problems brought before the then advisor of Hon'ble Governor Jenab Khushad Ahmed Ganai and all the documents are the in concerned OBC file in the Social Welfare Department of the Civil Secretariat J&K State, Jammu. State OBCs hope for early redressal of the problems with the new Commissioner / Secretary. Among those shared their views also include M.R Bangotra (Retd.
