| Jandial Sabha holds review meeting | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 16: All Jandial Sabha today held a review meeting under the patronage of Justice (Retd ) K K Gupta in which they review the progress of election process and the arrangements made by Sabha for upcoming Bi-Annual mail of Jandial Biradari being held on May 21, 2016 at Devsthan of Baba Sahej Nath Ji at Gol Pully.
Prominent among those who present on the occasion include Sabha Chairman, K B Jandial, Ashok Gupta, Advocate Ratan Lal Gupta, Mohan Lal Gupta, Ravi Mahajan, Satish Jandial, Ramesh Jandial and Rakesh Jandial.
Ratan lal Gupta briefed the Executive members about the steps he has taken on the election process for the election of President and General Secretary of the Sabha.
He explained that the election body has devised a proforma which will form the basis of a Jandial member to cast his/ her vote in the coming election on 19 june 2016 which stand already announced by the committee.
The proforma has to be filled by one family starting with name of the head of family and followed by other family members adult male/females. This will facilitate smooth conduct of election and avoidance of any bogus voting. The proforma is available at Dev Sthan and with the election commissioners.
All Jandial Biradari is requested to fill the proforma and hand over on May19 the Bi-Annual Mail day. However the date otherwise submission of prorma is till May 29 (Sunday). Helpline nos for contact and details are 9419194348, 9419143648, 9419187055.
As regards arrangements for the mail the members explained that all arrangements are in place, The ration and connected food material has been donated by Bhakts of Baba ji. As regards arrangement for shamiana, halwais and flower decoration of sanctum sancotum has been fixed.
The mail on May 21 shall start with havan followed by flag hoisting by Justice k k Gupta chief patron, pattal puja, jods and distribution of langar parsad
The appeals all Jandial Biradari to participate in large number along with their families and seek the blessings of kul devta Baba Sahej Nath ji. |
