VHP flays police for not tracing missing girl 5/16/2016 11:28:23 PM Jammu, May 16: VHP state president Leela Karan Sharma flayed police department for not tracing, missing girl. According to press release, Sharma expressed his anguish over the slackness of the police station Kanachak for not tracing the girl (Preeti Sharma daughter of Purshotam Lal, resident of Gari, Purkhoo, Jammu). He said that, as per reports the girl was forcibly abducted by one Muhammad Arif son of Gafoor Ahmed, who was studying in Engineering College and residing at Gari, Purkhoo on rent. "The boy belongs to Ram Nagar Tehsil District Udhampur and his family residing at Ram Nagar. It was also reported that the girl has gone to market from where she was abducted and taken to Kashmir valley", he said in the statement. Sharma further said that in valley the girl is being forced to convert by local Moulvies. "The girls have no option but to fall in dictates in these Love Jihadies who facilitate defence by preparing fake documents of marriage. The independent consent of the girl can't be inferred because of the atmosphere created & prevailing in Kashmir valley", he alleged. "Brother of the boy, is a circle inspector working in Udhampur and it looks that police is not taking action under the influence of his brother", he claimed. He said that the modes operandi adopted by the majority community is to induct themselves in the Hindu dominated areas and families.
