Early Times Report AKHNOOR, June 15: Singh Club Bataira today registered a big 68 runs win to make it a one-sided contest against Street Warriors in the ongoing 8th Pawan Memorial Twenty20 Cricket Tournament, organised by Singh Cricket Club at Government Higher Secondary School ground, here. Earlier, batting first, Singh Bataira made 135 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Anil played fine innings of 55 runs while Binny contributed 14. From Street Warriors, Aman, Munna and Arush shared two wickets each while Rahul took one. In reply, Street Warriors bowled out cheaply for 67 runs in 15 overs. Dilawar Singh and JV Singh were main scorers with 24 and 16 runs in their respective accounts. From Singh Bataira, Happy, Tinku and Binny bagged two wickets each while Lovely, Vikram and Panday shared apiece each. Rajinder Sharma and Sunny Kumar were umpires in today's match while Ashu maintained the score. |
