19 others suspended in Kellar Shopian 6/15/2016 11:09:25 PM Early Times Report SHOPIAN, JUNE 15: In a surprise visit to Sub-District Hospital Keller today, ADC Shopian placed under suspension 19 Medical and Paramedical staff members for unauthorized absence from duty. This move was in the backdrop of various complaints received by District Administration about the deteriorating work culture in the hospital and inconvenience caused to the patients. The ADC assured the public that a transparent inquiry will be held into the matter and delinquent officials will be dealt strictly as per rules for negligence of duty.
