Teenage boy drowns in Ranbir canal 6/15/2016 11:23:03 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, June 15:A teenage boy drowned in Ranbir Canal in Babliana area falling under the jurisdiction of Satwari police station Jammu. The rescue team of SDRF 2nd Bn Jammu was put into the rescue operation to search the body of drowned boy identified as Rigzin Narboo, 17, of Zanskar Kargil. The commandant of SDRF 2nd Bn Jammu Stanzin Narboo along with other SDRF senior officers DySP Sunil Kesar and DySP Madan Mohan were on the spot to supervise the rescue operation.
