Anjuman-E-Imamia condemns desecration of religious place 6/15/2016 11:23:39 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 15: A meeting of Anjuman-E-Imamia held at Imam Bargah Sofi Shah Peer Mitha in which the committee condemned the act of desecration of religious place Janipur. President Syed Amanat Ali Shah said that we condemned this sacrilegious act done by one miscreant Mohammad Yasir. He further added this kind of actions hurts the religious sentiments of our brothers and in this time we stood with them and strongly condemned this act and we appeal to all the citizens that try to maintain communal harmony. Prof. Sujat Khan Secretary anjuman in his address said that proper investigation should be done in this matter and the culprit should be put behind the bars. He further added that peace and harmony of the state is our priority and we stood firm with our Hindu brothers and we together try to maintain the century old tradition of brotherhood and communal harmony of Jammu. Sohail kazmi senior member of Anjuman said we appeal to administration and people of Jammu that in this hard time we should keep calm and patiently try to solve the matter as early as possible so that no untoward incident took place. We should not give chance to the evil forces to flourish in our state.
