Two killed as hutment collapses at Nagrota 7/6/2016 11:52:49 PM Early Times Report jammu, July 6: Two persons lost their lives after the shanty (Tin shed) they were living in collapsed due to heavy rains last night at Nagrota area. "The deceased have been identified as Dropti (44) wife of Sukh Ram of Chhattisgarh presently staying at Nagrota and Shankar (55) of Bihar presently at Nagrota, police sources said. Sources said that incident took place when wall of the hut collapsed during heavy rains which lashed the winter capital last night. "After getting information police team was rushed to the spot and it started rescue operation with the help of locals and evacuated the injured duo from the debris, sources said. They added that injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu where doctors pronounced them as brought dead.
