vijaypur, July 6: Expressing unhappiness with police working, locals here have called upon senior police officers to intervene to ensure the arrest of a motorcyclist who had on June 30 last hit a man here, injuring him critically. Ram Krishan Dayal, son of Ram Murti of ward No 4, Vijaypur, was hospitalised on being hit by a motorcyclist here on June 30 last. However, even after six days of the incident, police were yet to identify and arrest the accused, locals alleged.
Family members of the victim alleged that police were dragging their in the case.
