Teen drowns in Sindh canal in Kangan village 7/7/2016 12:26:41 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, July 6: A teen drowned in a power canal in Poshkar area of Kangan in central Kashmir's Ganderbal district, police said today. An official said that Nisar Ahmad Khatana (17) of Poshkar Wangat drowned after he went to take bath in power canal of Upper Sindh power project with other friends.His body was recovered from the canal hours later after hectic efforts by locals and police. This is third such incident in past week. Earlier, two teenagers drowned at Haknar and Bandeybagh localities in the canal.
