LMD Baramulla issues notice to cellular operators 9/29/2016 10:38:10 PM Early Times Report baramulla, Sept 29: Acting on the complaints filed by post-paid mobile internet subscribers, Legal Metrology Department Baramulla today issued show-cause notices to the cellular companies providing post-paid mobile internet services in Kashmir Valley. Complaints were received from consumers that the cellular companies are taking undue advantage of prevailing law and order problem in Kashmir and are charging for services that are not provided by them.
