GDC Akhnoor organizes expert lecture on Quantum Physics 10/26/2016 9:41:24 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 26: Government Degree College, Akhnoor organized a, expert lecture on quantum physics in the college premises. According to press release, on this occasion the chief guest was Dr. SP.Sharma, Principal GDC Akhnoor who inaugurated the function and addressed the gathering and said that the Government is concerned for organizing such an lectures for the welfare of students while Dr. Anshu Sawhney HOD of Physics formally welcomed the resource person, Dr. Yugal Khajuria Head of department of Physics, SMVDU Katra. While delivering lecture, he emphasized on formulation of quantum mechanics from classical mechanics and explained various quantum mechanical phenomenon. During the function the practical chemistry book of Sem-V written by Prof. Tarsem lal and Prof. Raj Kumar Gupta was released.
