Two persons arrested with crackers 10/26/2016 10:49:35 PM UDHAMPUR, Oct 26: Continuing drive against unauthorized sale of crackers, the Udhampur police claimed to have arrested two persons alongwith consignment of crackers at Jakhani National Highway Udhampur. Police sources said, "The accused have been identified namely as Kalash Singh son of Parbat Singh of Ramban and Joginder Singh son of Kasar Singh of Ramban." "Based on reliable information, a police party of Police Station Udhampur led by SHO Udhampur inspector O P Chib intercepted a Car bearing registration number JK19-2879, on its way from Udhampur to Ramban near Jakhani, police sources said. Police sources said, "During thorough search of the car found 7 Box and one polythene bag containing crackers were recovered."
