Bootlegger held with 70 pouches of illicit liquor 10/26/2016 11:03:05 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Oct 26: Udhampur police today arrested a bootlegger alongwith 70 pouches of illicit liquor during a naka checking at Birma Pul National Highway Udhampur. According to the police sources, based on reliable information, a police party of Police Station Udhampur intercepted one Motorcycle on its way from Udhampur to Birma Pul, Udhampur. "During thorough search of belongings Nasib Chand son of Govend Ram of Birma - the motorcyclist, the police team recovered 40 pouches 180 mls and 30 pouches 250 mls from the possession of accused. "Police party seized the illicit liquor and arrested the accused person, police sources said. In this connection, a case under section 48A Ex.
