Mendhar , Oct 26: Press Council Mendhar has appreciated he SDM Mendhar Sher Singh's decision to order some press men to stop posting fake and inauthentic news on facebook whatsapp and other social media .
In a meeting held today , under the chairmanship of M S Nazki, the role of SDM was appreciated for stopping imposters posting fake news on the media and confusing the readers . Press Council Mendhar Poonch said that it was need of the time to stop these groups on social sites. It also said that news group's admin should release only the true news, features, comments, letters, suggestions, government and non government official views. Press Council Mendhar demanded that the SDM should take stern action against the defaulters. |
