CSIR-IIIM families celebrate Diwali with Border Security Force 11/1/2016 9:51:01 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 1: Scientist and their families of CSIR-IIIM, Jammu celebrated Diwali with Border Security Force (BSF), HQ Palora Jammu and CRPF, HQ,Bantalab ,Jammu. In wake of recent ceasefire violation by Pakistan at international border in J&K due to which loss of lives of brave soldiers, a 2 Minutes silence was observed and tribute was paid by lighting up candles in their memories.
