| Jan tours Loran, Locals demand bus stand at main point | | |  Early Times Report
Poonch, Nov 1: Inhabitants of Loran and other adjoining villages of the area today called for setting up bus stand at the main point and castigated authorities for shielding some people who are creating hurdle in it.
While interacting with Youth National Conference Provincial President Ajaz Jan, who was on a day long visit of Loran, locals of the area said that the main stop of their belt is Loran but some politically influential people have started a temporary stand five kilometres before Loran and are not allowing vehicles to move up here.
"Some political leaders are not allowing vehicles to reach upto Loran and strand them five kilometres before the main stop" locals said.
They added that due to this hundreds of people are struggling who have to travel five kilometres by foot to reach the main stop.
Locals of the area also demanded complete blacktopping of main road of Loran.
After giving a patient hearing to the public issues, YNC Provincial President Ajaz Jan said that he will personally take this issue with senior officers of district administration and if need arises he will take up the issue with provincial administration also.
Later Ajaz Jan and locals also performed prayers at the pious shrine of Sai Illahi Baksh at Batalkot Loran and prayed for world peace and for restoration of normalcy in Kashmir valley.
