School incomplete, students aghast 11/1/2016 11:22:13 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Nov 1: The people of Chak Bonala village, have requested the administration that Government Middle School Chak Bonala (Barhenni) is in very dilapidated condition. The school building is still incomplete even after long period has passed. Round about 80 students are enrolled in the school and staff conditions are also off worded to mention. Punctuality has no meaning to them. Children usually stand in queue. Neither school headmaster has any interest towards incomplete school building nor Zonal Education Officer, Mendhar is in any mood to solve the problems of students.
