| RET teachers protest against CEO Doda, demand implementation of HC order | | | Early Times Report
Doda, Nov 1: The authoritarian attitude of CEO Doda today forced hundreds of ReT teachers to come on roads and register a massive protest .
Hundreds of protesters register their protest infront of CEO Doda and demanded implementation of High court's order regarding stay of impugned order issued by CEO Doda .
It is pertinent to mention here that CEO Doda has issued an order of repatriation /shifting of gen line teachers regularised from RET cadre to their initial place of posting On 29 -09-2016 .
CEO Doda has issued this order in violation to interim order of Division bench of High court at Srinagar and also in violation to cabinet order No:- 115 of 2014 and Government order no 469 Dated 25 -06-2014.
The controversial order issued by CEO Doda has been challenged by the teachers and get suspended by the division bench of High court Jammu on 19-10 -2016 which has not been implemented by CEO Doda .
The Gen line teachers regularised from RET cadre has once again moved the case in High court and the high court has completely stayed the impugned controversial order issued by CEO doda on 22 -09-2016.
It is very unfortunate that CEO Doda has dishonoured the orders issued by high court for the reasons best known to him only and the teachers who had got stayed from court are suffering badly .
The sufferer teachers register their protest and warned if the order of high court will not be implemented they will lock the schools and come on roads with their family members and whole responsibility shall be rested on the shoulders of CEO Doda .
President RET teachers Forum Sajjad Malik while addressing the gathering of teachers said that this callous and indifferent approach of CEO Doda is very much condemnable as similar order of High court has been implemented by CEO Kathua in letter and spirit but CEO Doda still has not given any heed to the High court's order , which clearly shows that he is totally against the respectable fraternity and hence has some personal interest to harass the teaching community .
