Sister bids goodbye on Bhaiya Dooj 11/1/2016 11:32:33 PM Neeraj Badyal Early Times Report Samba, Nov 1: Ravinder Kour of Village Jerda of Ramgarh in District Samba bid goodbye on Bhaiya dooj day. She died today cooking food in Kitchen when suddenly Mortar Shell exploded nearby and she died on spot. When Ravinder Kaur's body come into the house peoples' eyes turned moist. When the accident happened the people of this villager gathered at her house and shifted to CHC Ramgarh where doctors declare as brought dead. His brother is now saying who will now apply vermillion on his head on bhaiya Dooj day.
