Sources told Early Times Dr Wahid son of United Jihad Council (UJC) chairman and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin has approached the JK High Court to seek a passport. While the father continues to spew venom against India and issues threats and warnings, besides misguiding young generation in Jammu and Kashmir, his doctor son considers himself as citizen of India, stating that he is "entitled to the constitutional protections under the existing laws." "While the father is spreading hatred against India, his son is applying for Indian passport, which shows that the ideology of Salahuddin is unacceptable even within his home, but he continues to misguide Kashmiri youth," said observers, adding that recently in Karachi Salahuddin threatened to wage war against India over the Kashmir issue, and threatened a nuclear attack. Observers stated that during his hour long speech in Karachi, Salahudin said, "Pakistan is duty bound, morally bound, politically bound and constitutionally bound to provide concrete, substantial support to the ongoing so-called freedom struggle in Kashmir.
