Jammu, Dec 2: Gujjar and Bakkerwal State president Choudhary Nazakat Khatana sought donation to the victims of fire incident at Narwal Jammu which took place on November 24. According to press release, Choudhary expressed grief over fire incident at Narwal, Jammu in which around 85 shanties were gutted and three persons died. These families belong to poor and backward Burmese people who were living in small Huts/ Kohlas. The unprecedented natural fire incident has caused havoc among these families and is very needy for immediate help.
He appealed all the Muslims of Jammu to cooperate and donate for these affected families. He also requested concerned MLA Kavinder Gupta, to provide all humanitarian assistance to the affected families at the earliest.
Among those who visited were Molvi Ali Hussain, Shamas Din, Mohammad Abbass, Haji Noor Mohammd, Liaqat Ali, Mohd Yousuf, Arif, Yousaf and others. |
