| 6 terrorists waiting to infiltrate from R S Pura | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 2: BSF has been put on high vigil following intelligence inputs that at least six terrorists have come close to the International Border to infiltrate into the Indian territory from R S Pura sub-sector near here.
"The terrorists are waiting at a launch pad in the Pak territory for an opportune moment to sneak into the Indian territory," official sources said and added that the intelligence agency had passed on this vital information to its headquarter for further necessary action. Local police had too alerted PHQ in this regard.
"The terrorists, who have received a special training in terror activities and are said to be equipped with sophisticated weapons, have been given the target of attacking installations of security forces in J&K," sources informed. "Pakistan is not in a hurry to infiltrate them as it doesn't want them get killed by BSF on the border itself.
It wants them to do something big ," sources said. The militants were camping in the area for the past few days with the support of Pak Rangers who had been taking care of their daily needs, the sources added. |
