LMD realizes Rs 23000 fine from erring traders 12/2/2016 10:36:40 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Dec 2:Legal Metrology Department (LMD) Ramban team led by Assistant Controller conducted extensive market checking at Banihal, Ramban, Chanderkot and Batote and imposed a fine of Rs. 23000/- on 41 earring traders for use of faulty weighting instruments, less weightiest and other provision of weights measure Act. During current month the department also realized stamping fee of 43000 from traders.
