Jammu, Apr 25: An Inter-House Mathematics Quiz Competition was organised at J.P World School for the senior students. The Quiz comprised of two categories and four rounds, covering various topics from the field of mathematics. The participant teams were Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Sigma from Ravi, Tawi, Jhelum, and Chenab House respectively. All the four teams performed in quite a zealous and energetic manner.
The Quiz was organized by Esha and Anu with the co-ordination of Priya, Tanzeel, and Uttam. J.S Hundal, Principal, J.P World School was the Hon'ble Chief Guest of the event.
The winner of the competition from Category-1 was the Ravi House, whereas from the second category, Tawi House won the competition. The overall winner of the competition was Tawi House.
The winners from Category-I were Jasmeet, Saqib, Maria, and Udhey. From the Second Category, the winners were Shoaib, Wasif, Shajad, and Haider. The winning teams were felicitated with prizes by the Principal. The programme was compered by Priya Sharma. The quiz competition ended with the words of appreciation by the Principal. |
