The state government is running some institutions across Chenab Valley under shortage of staff, requirement norms and still operates some from rented accommodations to old infrastructure. PHC Nali is one of glaring example that is still operating from old infrastructure and due to rush of more than two patients, patients are treated under open sky in this hot mercury.
