| Fraud in clearing PCP, Evaluation bills | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 8: There is a big fraud going in DDE in the name of PCP classes and study centres under the very nose of Vice Chancellor Professor Ramji Dass Sharma, as Coordinator Study Centres was passing fake bills worth thousands of rupees.
Sources revealed that Dr Jaspal Singh, Coordinator Study Centres, never visited and inspected the study centres but passing all the fake bills of PCP classes and the Assignment Evaluation of the study centres in connivance with incharges of these study centres. Dr Jaspal has even taken Director DDE into his loop.
Pertinent to mention here that a DDE student from Bhaderwah had lodged a complaint of molestation against Dr Jaspal Singh but, with the intervention of then DDE Director and others he managed to save his skin. It is to further mention here that Dr Jaspal Singh was appointed as Assistant Professor in Education but he used to teach Hindi to students of Education. |
