VIJAYPUR, July 15: Balvir Singh, a resident of Kothay Pathania in tehsil Vijaypur of district Samba, is suffering from some heart disease and has to undergo treatment at a private hospital in the neighbouring state of Punjab.
Balvir Singh belongs to a poor family and his family can't afford the cost of the treatment.
The family members of Balvir Singh has appealed to the general public to donate generously so that his treatment can be taken up and his precious life could be saved. |
