Katra, Oct 10: SMVDU Vice Chancellor S.K Jain has congratulated and wished the Volleyball and Chess team good luck for their matches in Association of Indian Universities (AIU) North zone.
Volleyball team is going to Punjabi University, Patiala along with sports coach Sucha Singh. The team has won several competitions in the Inter and Intra University events. Volleyball Team will be headed by Siddhant Sharma(C) along with Dheeraj Sharma, Sahil Bhardwaj, Ashutosh Khajuria, Swapnil Kumar, Sahil Sharma, Saurabh Sawhney, Manuj Sharma, Vikram Rana, Vikas Kumar, Deepak Jha, Rushal Verma. Chess team is going to Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technologyi, Hisar along with sports coach Sumit Sharma. The team comprises of national players with ratings more than 2100. Chess Team will be headed by Sameer Sengar (C), along with Pranav Sharma, Durgesh Satyam, Prayalankar Ashutosh, Abhishek Bundela, Shri Krishna Singh. |
