Expelled Shah, Nayeem, Inqilabi square up against Mirwaiz led faction | Fragmented Separatist camps on civil war | | Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 6: The fragmented separatist factions who used to claim themselves as representatives of Kashmir are now up in arms against each other after one faction led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq recently expelled top brass leaders from the amalgam and declared them as undisciplined. According to the details, reacting back strongly against the separatist faction named as (M) led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, top brass leaders who are also heads of their own separatist parties namely Shabir Shah heading 'freedom party, Chairman 'National Front' Nayeem Ahmad Khan and Azam Inqilabi chairman of 'Mahaz-i-Azadi' after being expelled from the separatist amalgam not only claimed stake over it, but also called the members of the amalgam as corrupt, anti Kashmiri. In a statement issued to section of media, Shabir Shah, Nayeem khan and Azam Inqilabi said that disruptive elements (Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and his colleagues) presently running separatist camp (M) will not be tolerated and they (Shah, Nayeem and Azam) will run the forum according to the wishes of the people. Sources said that all the three senior members along with their hundreds of supporters after being expelled from the separatist camp recently by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq had also secretly written a letter to the members of his party running separatist ideology under (M) in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK) and had directed them not to allow supporters of Shah, Nayeem and Inqilabi to attend meetings of separatist camp (M) in POK as well. Sources said that a meeting was held at Shabir Shah's residence in which Shah, Nayeem and Supporters of Inqilabi decided to expel the members presently running (M) and while calling the step of Mirwaiz to write a letter to his associates in Pakistan as childish, expelled members categorically said that the letter has been written by those who are using the (M) camp for their personal gains and had accused that (M) camp members are those people who are working against the ongoing moment of Kashmiris. The statement issued by expelled members to few media pockets reads: "We have some serious differences with the people in Hurriyat but ironically they have cleverly called these differences as a matter of discipline." It also reads that "A meeting of Hurriyat leaders was organized at Shah's residence and it was felt that the disruptive elements within Hurriyat have caused a great damage to the movement and the forum." Expelled members while exposing their Bosses according to the sources also went to the extent of saying that (M) leaders have failed to run the joint separatist camp and also hurdles in the unification with hardliner separatist faction led by Sayed Ali Shah Geelani, besides labeling (M) camp members as agents of agencies who have failed to further strengthen the separatist ideology in the state. Sources also said that expelled members are of the opinion that people running (M) actually are in favour of talks with the Government of India secretly and can finalise anything which suits to them personally without taking majority of separatist factions in confidence and added that these members also claimed that (M) belongs to those people who have worked for since long and the renowned (M) camp is presently being misused by some of its leaders who are against the "freedom struggle of Jammu and Kashmir". It is noteworthy that expelled members along with their members had not been attending (M) meetings from some time and there were many Scuffles between the two groups many a times publically in recent times as well. |
