Unemployment major issue of Kishtwar : Bhandari 1/21/2015 12:06:30 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Jan 20 : A meeting of civil society Kishtwar was convened under the banner of its executive member Shamsher Singh Bhandari, Sr. Congress Leader and during the meeting threadbare discussion was held over the issue of unemployment that is rising on alarming rate in District Kishtwar. Bhandari while speaking on the occasion has categorically held that the issue of unemployment amongst the educated youth of district Kishtwar has gone bad to worse during last couple of years to which attention of the officers at the helm of affairs is needed on priority. He appealed Governor of Jammu & Kashmir to come to the rescue of these educated unemployed youth of who are running pillar to post in search of better jobs. Bhandari has laid stress over the early start of all the Hydro Electric Projects viz, Rattle, Pakaldul, Keeru, Kawar & Karthai. He said that once these H.E. Projects are started, the large quantum of unemployment could be reduced considerably and the socio-economic condition of the area could also be improved substantially. Bhandari demanded from the Governor of State to end the stalemate of project and has further demanded to lay emphasis over the early start of other H.E.
