Week adventure tour organized by NYK Poonch concludeslong 4/2/2015 11:53:17 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Apr 2 : Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Poonch in collaboration with Malik Youth Club organized a week long adventure camp concluded under the guidance of Sukhdev Singh Zonal Director NYK and under the supervision of SD Zard district Youth Coordinator NYK Poonch. As per information, various youth clubs of twin border district Poonch and Rajouri participated in this week long camp which was declared open by the SSP Poonch JS Johar after flagging off the trekkers for various activities. The participants went through various activities like rock climbing besides everyday cleanliness drive activities. Special sessions of educating and motivating the participants about the flagship programmes including e Pradhanmantri Jandhan Yojna, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, importance of constructing toilets in rural areas under Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan and devoting 100 hours per year for Shramdan were also organized with the help of experts and resource persons. While interacting, Tanisha Thakur from Nowshera and Kanchan Devi from Budhal area of district Rajouri said that they gained a lot of good experience during this expedition. Rejoicing the experience of seeing Indo-Pak LOC border at Chakan-Da-Bagh, Nandi Chool water fall and Dargah of Sai Ilahi Bhakhash sahib at Loran, Shri Buddha Amarnath Shrine at Mandi, Gurudwara Nangali Sahib and Dargah Sai Miran Baba at Loc and natural scenic beauty of the area they said that it was one of the ever best tour of their life and experience gained through this tour will last forever.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
