JKGPB organizes Nagar Kirtan 4/3/2015 11:42:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 3: Jammu and Kashmir Gurdwara Parbandhak Board (JKGPB) today organized Nagar Kirtan on 350th foundation day of Sri Anandpur Sahib here at Chand Nagar. Ninth Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji had laid foundation of the holly place by Naming it Sri Anandpur Sahib 350 years back and then after the establishment of Khalsa Panth By Guru Gobind Singh Ji at Anantpur Sahib, the holly place has great religious importance in Sikh heritage and glorious history. Large number of participants from entire Jammu and Kashimr participated in the holy March in buses and cars to express their solidarity with Sikh Panth and Anandpur Sahib. The mammoth Nagar Kirtan organized by Jammu and Kashmir Gurdwara Parbandhak Board. Chairman TS Wazir disclosed that by expressing solidarity with Khalsa Panth and Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib we want to strengthen the unity and high spirits of Sikh community in Jammu and Kashmir.
