Jammu, Apr 3: Nat Manch celebrated its 3rd foundation day with big fanfare here today at Shakti Nagar, Jammu. With the presentation of the play 'Khoon Dhaan ' written and directed by Tarun Sharma. Earlier, Nat Manch president and founder Tarun Sharma spoke at length about the journey of Nat Manch and shared some very interesting success and failures of Nat Manch.Nat Manch was established on 3rd of March 2012 and also started a weekend show called Tuesday series in 2012 ,which has been staging shows every week , reaching 156 weekly theater shows.
In last year 2014, first time in Jammu history, Nat Manch had completed its half century 51 street play "Khoon Dhaan" in one day at different places of Jammu. In this year, Nat Manch produced short film on youtube titled "Aao Lohri Mannache and Dosti Aur Nasha " and Nat Manch artist brought top honors which included Sahitya Akademi Award for writing Yash Paul Nirmal. |
