Jammu, Apr 3: In a petition filed by Ashwani Kumar and Others who have applied for the post of Sub Audotors/Kr Supervisors in Cooperative Dept, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court issued notice to the state and others and restrained that the respondents from filling up of three posts of Junior Supervisors/ Sub Auditor District Kathua. While hearing the petition, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notice to the state and others and ordered that subject to objections and till next date before the Bench, respondents while continuing with the selection process in the advertisement notice No 3/2012 dated December 28, 2012 shall not fill-up three posts of Junior Supervisors/ Sub Auditor District Kathua in open category.
