Allow 3 students pursue studies under PMSS | HC orders to Haryana College | | Early Times Report Srinagar, Apr 3: The state High Court today directed chairman Delhi Technical Campus (DTC), Haryana to allow three students from Kashmir to pursue their BBA studies under Prime Minister's Scholarship Scheme. Hearing a petition filed by the students, a single bench of the court comprising Justice Tashi Rabstan also directed the chairman to allow the students to appear in the examination of the next semester of BBA course at their own risk and responsibility. "Respondents shall not declare the result till further orders of this court. However this order shall not confer any right to the petitioners," the bench said as it issued notice returnable within four weeks. The students in their petition said that they were admitted in the institute of DTC Bahadurgarh Haryana for undergoing 3 years BBA course with 6 semester under Prime Ministers Scholarship Scheme. However, they said they are not being allowed to enter in sixth semester unless they bear Rs 28000 more apart from 1.20 lacs paid by the Government of India.
