Jammu, Apr 5: Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Mr. Kavinder Gupta has ordered elections for 11 members each of the three Financial Committees of House of the J&K Legislative Assembly.
As per the notification issued in this regard the last date for making nominations is 13thApril, 2015 upto 3 P.M, the date for scrutiny of nominations is 17th April, 2015, upto 3 P.M, the last date for withdrawal of candidature is 20th April, 2015, upto 3 P.M and the date on which poll shall, if necessary, be held is 23rd April, 2015 upto 3 P.M
The Speaker has appointed Special Secretary, J&K Legislative Assembly, Mr. M. R. Singh as the Returning officer for the purpose in terms of Regulation No. 2(1) (e) of the said Regulations. |
