JAMMU, Apr 5: The 24th Dera Kesari vishal Dangal shall be held at Dera Baba Banda Bahadur in district Reasi on April 13. The event is being organised on Baisakhi in memory of great saint, warrior and martyr, Baba Banda Bahadur.
This was decided in a meeting of the organising committee that took place under the chairmanship of Shiv Kumar Sharma, president J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association. Members who attended the meeting were Baba Jatinder Pal Singh Sodhi (Gaddi Nashin) Dera Baba Banda Bahadur and Baba Bahadur Sikh Samardai, Malik Ram Lubhaya Paruthi (chairman) Sant Kumar Juneja (president), VP Makar, Sanjay Kumar and Mohan Singh.
The meeting also discussed other aspects of the competition and finalised the list of participants, who have already confirmed their entries. The participants are expected from different districts of oJammu as also outside the state including those from belt forces of BSF and J&K Police.
