Taj's pvt secretary sneaks into Padder's office 4/14/2015 12:12:23 AM Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report JAMMU, April 13: Despite PDP-BJP dispensation disengaging all the employees who were either given extension or re-employed by the erstwhile NC-Cong regime the private secretary of ex-Health Minister has managed to sneak into the government. Sources told Early Times Muhammad Abdullah Mir, who remained associated with ex- Minister of Health and Medical Education Taj Mohi-ud-din for nearly 12 years, has managed to make his entry into the office of Minister of State for Forest and Animal Husbandry Abdul Majid Padder as his Private Secretary. Mohammad Abdullah Mir, sources said, retired from the services in 2012 and he was re-employed by the previous regime as Private Secretary in Taj Mohiuddin's office. Sources informed Mir has been re-employed in Padder's office this time around in violation of rules and without the knowledge of General Administrative Department responsible for posting staffers in Ministerial office. Sources within the GAD informed that no such appointment was made by the GAD in MoS Forest and Animal Husbandry's office. "Post of private secretary in Minister's office is still vacant as the minister has made no requisition or choice of the officer for posting of a private secretary in his office. In case any retired person is working in the office of the minister same could have been made by the minister himself without informing GAD," sources added. Meanwhile another person namely Abdul Majid posted with former Revenue Minister for 12 years has also managed to enter in the Personal Section of CA&PD Minister where he was acting as a private secretary despite the fact that he (Abdul Majid) was repatriated to his parent department. Sources within the GAD informed the "Early Times" that officially Vijay Kumar Koul is the Private Secretary to Minister for CA&PD and if he (Abdul Majid) is working in the office of the minister, same is illegal and in violation of the government policies notified by the Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Syed through GAD. Both the parachute entries are physically working in the offices of MoS Forest & Animal Husbandry and CA&PD Minister are dealing with important government files. Likewise another employee Firdous Ahmed, stenographer who had worked with Ex CA&PD Minister Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan has also been posted with Minister for Agriculture which suggests that the policies and norms framed by the government are being violated.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
