Rights Council, (Regd) expressed his concern shockingly over the mythical statement issued by a well known liar Nawaz Sharief, Pak-Prime Minister for justifying his stand in the press conference at Dubai appeared in the media dated 9th January 2015, regarding his diplomats hob-nabbing performance with his valley-based lobby member in the host country before the official meeting to be held at New Delhi, on the argument that it was the wrong steps of India, because of they had been enjoying that practice to meet the so-called Kashmiri leaders since last 60-years before the official meeting over Kashmir.
That unofficial routine of predecessor governments cannot be continued regularly.
The present national Government did not consider necessary to continue that humiliating practice for ever to hobnob with anti- India elements to make the theatre of Indian land for hatching conspiracy against the interest of its mother-land.
Apart from it, the diplomat of the guest country is bound legally and morally to take in to confidence of the diplomat of his host country for his proposed movement. The guest country diplomat is not free to move with unbridle manner in the host country without taking him in to the confidence till he gets permission of the host country.
Thus Indian Government was justified to his stand. So much so, despite showing red signal from India, Pak-diplomat with the support of Pak-High Commissioner to India deliberately provoked to India to allow access to anti-India elements, which was the direct provocation. In the light of those circumstances, India was quite justified for its action, and the remarks of Nawaz Sharief against India were quite obnoxious.
Pak-ruling leaders are habitual liars. They imbibe misgivings among the masses whatever may be, according to their desire, but in fact, whenever meetings were held over Kashmir, the resentments were expressed by India and through protest letters also, which ignored deliberately by them. After the change of Indian national Government, the system of hob-nobbing and hatching conspiracy against India with anti-national elements at the office of Pak-High commissioner to India was stopped under its policy, but even then Pak-diplomat with the support of Pak-High Commissioner to India, invited anti-national elements at its office, which was not liked by the host country-India. That humiliation was intolerable and challenge to its dignity; therefore the proposed Foreign Secretaries level meeting was cancelled. It was the fact of the story for which Pakistan had been responsible to estrange the diplomatic relations to process the proposed meeting successfully.
Ailing politically Nawaz Sharief boastfully claimed his valley based stipendiary lobby members who implemented his Kashmir agenda through their misleading propaganda on very flimsy grounds by provoking the sentiments Kashmiri Muslims with the weapon of misusing religion and generated unrest, violence, killings and bloodshed of the innocent people, were not Kashmiri leaders, whose back ground was not neat and clean on the whole. They were not popular leaders and had no representative character.
Their reach among the people was up to the turn of their streets. Such elements that disturbed peace and normal lives of the peace-loving people, declared for call to shut down, organized violent demonstration, injured and killed the security forces with stone pelting; used mosques for terror activities could not be termed as Kashmiri leaders, as asserted by him, which was an absurd.
Valley based Pak-lobby members were not representatives of Kashmiri people, because of they were neither elected members nor represent the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
He should recognize elected leaders as a representative of J&K State, which is an identity of leadership. It is hoped that he would avoid using the land of India for hatching any conspiracy with his terror elements against the country. No doubt, Pak-took disadvantage of Indian liberal democratic policy based under sense of responsibility ignored win kingly.
The Pak-High Commissioner to India despite Indian advice invited his lobby members at his office for hobnobbing to hatch web-footed strategy to confuse India on Indian soil over Kashmir, which was teasing and against the diplomatic norms for which Pakistan was responsible to provoke India and damaged for furtherance the cause of peace. The Pakistan has no right legally over the State of Jammu & Kashmir, because of its sovereignty has flown to India through its Ruler, which is now one of the parts of its country; therefore India is under obligation constitutionally to protect its sovereignty with all manner as well as it is legally bound to carry on the resolution passed by the Indian Parliament unanimously to ask Pakistan to surrender the Indian State territory grabbed through horrific aggression by spilling river of human blood of Kashmiri Muslims. We would request to the Prime Minister of Pakistan that in the next meeting to be held over Kashmir, the mode of surrendering the Indian State territory peacefully encroached upon forcibly should be chalked out to restore peace in the region. |
