Complaint cell set up in office of AD CAPD Kathua 5/9/2015 11:49:16 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, MAY 09 - On the directions of Minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department a toll free telephone No. 01922-233902 has been installed in the office of Assistant Director CA&PD Kathua to redress the complaints of the public of District Kathua. General Public can register their complaints related to overcharging, non-display of rate list, non-supply of LPG cylinder and any kind of irregularities on the toll free number.
