Youth found dead mysteriously, family members stage protest 5/9/2015 11:49:43 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, May 9: A youth was found dead under mysterious conditions in Garan village forest under the jurisdiction of Police Station Nowshera in Rajouri district early hours of this morning. Family members of deceased alleging foul play stage protest and demand fair probe in mysterious death. Meanwhile Police has initiated inquest proceedings in this regard. "The deceased has been identified namely as Safayat Ahmed (25) s/o Mushtaq Ahmed of Garan who was working as daily wager with Power Development Department (PDD). Police sources said, "Soon after receiving the information the police team was rushed to the crime spot which shifted the body to the nearby hospital for postmortem." "The body of the deceased was found in the fields near his house," said SHO Nowshera and added that the body didn't carry any injury mark after its physical verification. After legal formalities police has brought the body to Nowshera sub district hospital for postmortem and have started inquest proceedings under 174CrPC. Meanwhile alleging a foul play behind the suspicious death of the Safayt, family members and relatives blocked Jammu-Poonch high demanding early and fair probe in the mysterious death of their kin..
