Doda lawyers elect new executive body 5/9/2015 11:52:48 PM Early Times Report Doda, May 09: Bar Association Doda today in a general body meeting elected its new executive committee for which it has issued an election notification earlier. The election process was conducted by Chief Prosecuting Officer Irshad Ahmed Sheikh. According to spokesperson of Bar Association, Advocate Syed Asim Hashmi was elected as President while Advocate Adil Shafi Rangrez was declared elected as General Secretary. Among others elected to executive body were Adv Shaeb Aman Khan as Vice President and Adv Sajad Ahmed Mir as Cashier. Pertinent to mention that for the post of President and General Secretary, two other advocates namely Imtiaz Hussain Mir and Vinay Anand had filed nomination papers but later both withdraw their nominations as a result of which all the four winners were declared unopposed.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
