| Doon Int'l School holds exchange Programme | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 9: Following the directions of Minister for Education J&K, Naeem Akhter regarding the adoption of Government Primary School, Upper Chowadhi, the Doon International School organized the first exchange programme with an aim to enhance self confidence of the children of the government school.
According to spokesperson, the guest students enjoyed the visit by participating in various games, skill programmes aimed to learn contemporary dance steps, learning basic etiquettes and reciting rhymes.
The Principal of host School Mrs Vikesh Kaur assured visitors to continue with such fruitful exchange programmes in future along with all possible help. She further appreciated the efforts and concern shown by the Chairman G N Tantray for this wonderful commencement.
The teachers who participated in this exchange programmes Mrs Gurdeep Kaur Vice Principal , Priyanka Singh Coordinator, Ankush Bhardwaj, Manisha, Nida, Prince and administrative supervisor Ichbir Singh Bali.
Teachers namely Mrs Mumtaz Begum and Mrs Reena accompanied the students during this tour. The guest staff and the students were served with refreshments while some handmade posters were gifted to visiting students. |
