JAMMU, May 10: Organised by the J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association in collaboration with J&K Police, Department of Tourism, Amar Memorial Trust and Bamhag Kesari Dangal Committee, the Annual Bamhag Kesari dangal will be held at Sardabbar, Kalsote in district Udhampur on May 17.
Dangal is part of the three-day Moungri mela being held at the same venue. Earlier, a meeting of the organising committee held under the chairmanship of president of the Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma to decide date and timing of the event.
Among others who attended the meeting were Swantanter Dev Kotwal RS Manhas, Dr Vikram Gulati, Hans Raj Thakur, Ramnik Nowadha, Deepak Wazir, Om Prakash Verma, Naresh Kumar, Kartar Singh, Sunil Badiyal Naresh Vriender Sharma and Murli Dhar.
A good number of wrestlers from within and outside the state are expected to take part in this day-long dangal. Meanwhile, the organizers still invite entries from the wrestlers interested in taking part in this event. The organizers could be reached on Mobile No. 94191 61880.
