All J&K ReT Teachers Forum protests in Kathua 5/11/2015 12:29:44 AM Early Times Report Kathua, May 10: All J&K ReT Teachers Forum on Sunday held a protest against state government at Shaheed Baghat Singh Park Kathua under the chairmanship of State President Vinod Sharma and District President Mahesh Kumar. The protest was attended by large numbers of RET Teachers from different zones of Kathua district. Sharma show strong resentment against the delaying tactics of State as well as central government for not releasing the funds under the SSA to clear several months' salary of SSA Teachers whose families are on verge of starvation. He said that the (SSA Teachers) are unable to provide basic amenities like food and medicines to their family members as funds have not been released as on date. He also said that KGBV Teacher are awaiting their regularization but no concrete step has been taken to regularize them which which is a matter of concern. Sharma threatened to come on roads along with family members of ReT teachers if their demands are not met shortly and lock their schools if the government fails to release all the pending salaries within 10 days.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
