AIATF protests against Geelani's controversial statement over Shri Amarnath ji Yatra

Jammu, May 10: All India Anti-Terrorist Front (J&K) wing today protested against Syed Ali Shah Geelani, chairman of Harline faction of Hurriyat Conference for his controversial statement over Holy Shri Amarnath ji Yatra. Leadership and activists of All India Anti-Terrorist Front (J&K) wing assembly at Kunjwani chowk and raised slogans against Kashmiri separatist leader, Geelani and strongly condemned his statement on Holy pilgrimage of Shri Amarnath.
While talking to media, Anil Sharma cleared that All India Anti-Terrorist Front is giving a clear signal to separatist leaders like Geelani to stop their propaganda against the yatras of Hindus in Kashmir, otherwise Front activists also continue its protests against the petty politics of Geelani and his henchmen in Kashmir too.
Front president, Bharat Bhandari also said that people like Geelani only giving such statement to disturb the atmosphere of Kashmir, just before the beginning of Shri Amarnath ji's yatra. "Who is Geelani to talk about the duration of our holy pilgrimage," said Bhandari.
Meanwhile, Vijay Sharma, state chairman of the front said that All India Anti-Terrorist Front (J&K) wing activists will work voluntarily in the service of Shri Amarnath Yatris. He also added that not common Kashmiris, but only such elements like Geelani and others want to disturb the holy yatra.
All India Anti-Terrorist Front (J&K) wing will not tolerate such kind of controversial statements and cleared to the Geelani to mind his own business and not poke his nose in the affairs of holy pilgrimages of Hindus.
Protest was led by Anil Sharma (President,Punjab & Incharge J&K Wing) along with Bharat Bhandari (President J&K Wing) Vijay Kumar (Chairman, J&K Wing), Harvinder Singh Gothra (Vice Chairman) , Gourav Mahajan (Secretary) and other office bearers of the front and said that Pro-Pakistani separatist leader, Geelani has no authority to speak on the pilgrimage of Amarnath ji.
