Jammu, May 21: techno-Cultural Fest 'AaGHaz - 2K15' was inaugurated at Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering and Technology Campus, Babliana Jammu by his holiness Mahant Manjit Singh, Sole Trustee of the College as chief guest.
In his address he appreciated for organising such Fest and advised the students to excel in academics and inculcate moral values. The function was presided over by College Chairman Rangil Singh, who congratulated the students for excellent organization and performance in the Fest. First day program started with Saraswati Vandana, dance performance of Gidda, Bhangra and Cultural item depicting Social Theme of 'Girl Child" was presented, which were highly appreciated by the audience. Earlier, the guests and audience were welcomed by Prof. SK Badyal, Principal of the College.
Among other dignitaries who were attended the inaugural function included Lakhbir Singh Bawa, Sudershan Singh Wazir, Prof. SK Sharma, Principal MIET, Janak Singh, faculty members and students of the College. |
